Creating the Next Generation of Leaders in Cell and Gene Therapy
The RoslinCT Training Academy, located in our state-of-the-art UK manufacturing facility, is designed to train RoslinCT staff and other industry professionals looking to accelerate their careers in life sciences.
Being selected as a National Training Center in the Advanced Therapies Skills Training Network, the RoslinCT Training Academy also collaborates with the Scottish Universities Life Sciences Alliance (SULSA) and additional academic institutions to deliver high-impact advanced therapy and vaccine manufacturing cGMP training.
Supporting Operations by Tailor-Made Training
With Cell and Gene Therapy Manufacturing being at the cutting edge, we have prioritized the strategy to provide a highly skilled RoslinCT team. Training programs aim to address the need for specialized, hands-on training in practical and sterile manufacturing skills and cGMP training within an industrial setting.
Topics covered include cleanroom gowning and behaviors, environmental monitoring and control, aseptic cell processing, cGMP data recording, and analytical techniques. Companies involved in the advanced therapy manufacturing industry are supported to train their staff ensuring they are well-versed in essential skills prior to entering a cGMP manufacturing environment. Our bespoke intensive training sessions are performed in small cohorts to ensure that participants are getting involved in every step of the process.
Our Training Team
Our Training Team has extensive cell & gene therapy CDMO industry experience with different platforms, cell types, tools and technologies. All trainers within the Training Academy have worked as qualified operators within graded cleanroom manufacturing environments.
Dedicated Training Labs
Dedicated Training laboratories are located adjacent to the manufacturing facilities and are designed to replicate the cGMP manufacturing environment.
This gives trainees the opportunity to learn and achieve competency in critical cleanroom manufacturing skills within the cGMP environment.
