Kristin M. Melocik

Kristin brings significant experience in healthcare-focused private equity and strategic advisory to her role on the RoslinCT Board. A Principal at WindRose Health Investors, she has spent her career partnering with innovative healthcare businesses to support growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Since joining WindRose in 2017, Kristin has served on the boards of RevHealth, SubjectWell, and Veristat, and is actively involved in the firm’s investments in Bluestone Physician Services, Kolmac, and RoslinCT. Her previous board roles include Basys, Curation Health, and Lykan Bioscience, with additional investment involvement across Celerion, Medical Knowledge Group, TrustHCS, and Vital Decisions. Prior to WindRose, Kristin worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Wells Fargo Securities, advising on a broad range of transactions across multiple sectors.

Kristin holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Florida. Her blend of financial expertise and healthcare industry insight brings valuable perspective to RoslinCT’s strategic direction and growth initiatives.
