Jane Fraser, Ph.D
As the Chief Operating Officer of RoslinCT UK, Dr. Fraser is responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation. She liaises regularly with the global business development team to identify the most appropriate technologies for each customer project.
Before joining RoslinCT, Dr. Fraser was the Site Leader of NextPharma, where she successfully navigated the team through 3 acquisitions from Encap to Capsugel to Lonza and most recently NextPharma. She joined the business in March 2010, as Research and Development Director. In this role, she led the site management of all activities relating to drug product development.
Dr. Fraser was also Director of Pharmaceutics at Aptuit responsible for all activities relating to drug product development. She worked with the Aptuit team for 10 Years and held various positions during her tenure. Following her PhD she worked for Fermentech on the development and manufacture of medical devices. She graduated from the University of Paisley with an honours degree in Applied Biochemistry in 1994 and went on to obtain a PhD in 1999.
